No we do not ship our products to other countries, we deliver within South Africa only. 

Do we give any Warranty on our products?
We offer 6 Months replacement Warranty on all our items under normal use from date of purchase.

Are products listed on our website In Stock?
Products listed on our website are current and in stock unless otherwise stated in the product listing pages. 

How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, after receiving payment product/s are packaged and made ready for delivery. Delivery anywhere in South Africa is typically within 3 - 5 working days via the South African postal service insured parcel. 

Must proof of payment be sent when using EFT or Cash Deposit?
Yes, email, sms or fax proof of payment to us using your order number as the payment reference. 

How will i know when my order has been processed?
We email our customers all tracking and delivery information for their orders. Receiving this email will indicate that your order is in transit.
